Wrticles respects copyrights and other intellectual property rights. Wrticles is a user-generated publishing platform that enables registered users to create, submit, and publish their own articles and other content.
User Responsibility for Published Content
Every user is solely responsible for the content that they create, upload, submit, share, or publish on Wrticles.
By publishing content on Wrticles, the user represents and warrants that they own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, consents, or other lawful authority required to publish and distribute it.
Users must not publish content that infringes another person's or organization's copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
The fact that material is available elsewhere on the internet does not automatically mean that it is free to copy, republish, distribute, or use.
Providing attribution or naming the original source also does not automatically provide permission to reproduce copyrighted material.
Wrticles Is a User-Generated Content Platform
Wrticles provides technology and publishing tools through which users can publish their own content.
Unless content is specifically identified as official Wrticles content, user-submitted material is provided by the respective user or author.
Wrticles does not claim ownership or authorship of independently submitted user content merely because that content is hosted or displayed on the platform.
The views, statements, claims, images, references, links, trademarks, copyrighted material, and other information included in user-generated content are the responsibility of the user who submitted or published that material.
Responsibility of Wrticles and Its Personnel
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wrticles and its owners, operators, controllers, managers, administrators, employees, representatives, and service providers are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement committed independently by users through content that those users submit or publish.
Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate authorization before using third-party intellectual property.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any responsibility or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
User Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user who publishes unlawful or infringing material is responsible for claims resulting from that content.
Where legally enforceable, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wrticles and its owners, operators, controllers, managers, administrators, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and reasonable legal costs arising from:
content submitted or published by that user;
copyright or trademark infringement caused by that user's content;
unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property;
violation of another person's legal rights;
false representations concerning ownership or authorization; or
violation of Wrticles policies or applicable law.
Copyright Infringement Is Prohibited
Wrticles must not be used to knowingly publish, distribute, or facilitate unauthorized copyrighted material.
This includes, where legally protected and used without sufficient authorization or another lawful basis, articles, photographs, graphics, illustrations, books, documents, videos, audio, software, designs, or other copyrighted works.
Wrticles may remove or restrict access to material that is properly reported as infringing or that otherwise violates our policies.
Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that content available on Wrticles infringes your copyright, you may send a copyright infringement notice to:
Email: [email protected]
Your notice should include:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing.
The exact Wrticles URL where the disputed material appears, where available.
Your name and sufficient contact information.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
A statement that the information supplied in your notice is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
We may request additional information when necessary to properly evaluate a complaint.
Wrticles' Response to Copyright Complaints
When Wrticles receives a sufficiently complete and credible copyright complaint, we may review the reported material and take appropriate action.
Depending on the circumstances, Wrticles may:
restrict access to the reported content;
remove or disable the content;
contact the user who published it;
request additional information from either party;
issue a warning;
restrict publishing privileges;
suspend an account; or
permanently terminate an account for serious or repeated violations.
Removal or restriction of content does not necessarily constitute an admission by Wrticles that infringement occurred.
Counter-Notification
If content you published is removed or disabled following a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may contact us at [email protected].
Where a formal counter-notification process applies, you may be required to provide the information required under applicable law.
Users should not submit false or misleading counter-notifications.
Repeat Copyright Infringers
Wrticles may suspend or terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Attempting to republish previously removed infringing material, opening another account to circumvent enforcement, or repeatedly violating Wrticles' intellectual property policies may result in permanent restrictions.
Trademark Complaints
Copyright and trademark rights are different.
If you believe user-generated content on Wrticles unlawfully infringes your trademark, falsely claims affiliation with your organization, impersonates your business, or improperly uses your protected brand identity, contact:
Please provide the affected URL, identify the trademark or other right involved, explain the alleged violation, identify your relationship to the rights holder, and provide reasonable supporting information.
False or Abusive Complaints
Copyright and trademark reporting systems must not be intentionally misused to censor lawful criticism, suppress legitimate reviews, interfere with competition, harass users, or remove material simply because someone dislikes it.
Anyone submitting a complaint is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Knowingly submitting false or materially misleading legal claims may have legal consequences.
No Transfer of User Liability
Wrticles' decision to host, review, restrict, or remove user-generated content does not transfer responsibility for that content from its author to Wrticles.
The person who creates or publishes content remains responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to publish it.
Agreement to This Policy
By uploading, submitting, sharing, or publishing content on Wrticles, users agree to comply with this DMCA Copyright Policy, the Wrticles Terms of Service, and other applicable platform policies.
If you do not agree with Wrticles' copyright, intellectual property, or content policies, do not upload or publish content on Wrticles and discontinue your use of the platform.
